Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Mr. Nowakowski graduated from the Ohio State University with a major in Political Science and a double minor in Psychology and Communications. While attending the Ohio State University, Mr. Nowakowski was a member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.
Graduating in the top five percent of his class, Mr. Nowakowski attained the Degree of Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in May of 2008. While attending law school, he earned multiple book awards, frequented the Dean's List, and was awarded two separate honorary certificates for excellence in the field of pro bono. In addition, Mr. Nowakowski was a member of the St. Thomas University Law Review.
After acquiring his Florida Bar License in 2008, Mr. Nowakowski obtained employment with a prominent insurance defense firm, learning the inner-workings of how insurance companies handle personal injury cases.
In late 2009, Mr. Nowakowski was specifically selected by Ferrer Shane, PL for the purpose of assisting in the foreclosure defense division. Due to Mr. Nowakowski's tremendous success in the field of foreclosure defense, he was quickly promoted to the head of the foreclosure defense division. Mr. Nowakowski has consistently acquired positive results for many of our foreclosure clients. Mr. Nowakowski has attended multiple foreclosure trials, obtained dozens of dismissals, and worked out countless positive settlement agreements.
Mr. Nowakowski has been licensed to practice law in Florida since 2008 and is a member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division
